This is an easy boss to kill. Just use your highest attack on it and heal when needed.
If you are having trouble with this boss, you might want to go back and grind some level.

Battle Tactic

This boss has no elemental weakness
He can deal all kinds of magical attack so best to bring Naoto along as she has not elemental weaknesses. Equip a Persona with no elemental weaknesses yourself.
He can use Quad Converge to change his elemental affinity. Discover that element and attack him with it for greater damage while others use physical damage as he will be resistant to other element attack.
Similar to Shadow Naoto, he gets another turn after knocking down one of your member, he will use Dekaja to remove any stat increase you had on.
At times, he uses Control to take over one of your party member and you won’t be able to use that character but the controlled member will returned after a few turns.
When the HP is reduced significantly, he will take control of all 3 of your party members. If your character is not strong enough, use guard and your members will returned after a few turns.

Battle Tactic

This boss is drains ice and nullify physical attack.
He deals lots of physical attack and uses fire & electric attack.
Avoid bringing Chie & Yosuke to the battle.
Basically use your highest attack and heal your party timely. If your characters are well trained, this is an easy boss to deafeat.
