The operating room consists of various smaller rooms that you need to explore.
Check the table on the right to get the Kocher forceps and move right again to retrieve the fake chest on the table.
Go the the left where you can see another table filled with instrument. Pick up the scalpel.
Use the kocher forceps to remove the fake organ and combine the fake organ with scalpel to get the organ key.
Leave the room and head to the right where you will find the Chemical Room.
In the Chemical Room, check the table in the middle of the room. You will see 2 bottles next to a note. Pick up the red and blue liquid. Read the note.
The solution to the note is the number of elements required to make up the item:
- Iron = Fe = 1
- Salt = NaCl = 2
- Water = H2O= 3
- Carbon Dioxide = CO2 = 3
- Ammonica = NH3 = 4
- Ethanol = C2H5OH = 9
You can find the element clues from the shelves in the chemical room too.

Retrieve the fake right arm and fake heart from the box.
Head over to the preparation room that is on the left of the operating room. You can use the same organ key to unlock the room.
Check the drawer that you see once you entered the room. You will find the medical record.
Check the table in the middle and you will see a light, a beaker and some colored buttons. You will need to add the colored liquid to the beaker and turn out the light to unlock the lockers.
- add red liquid – get fake left leg
- add blue liquid – get fake left leg
- add red + blue liquid – get fake stomach
Head back to the preparation room. You will find a table covered in white cloth. Remove the cloth and you will find an incomplete mannequin lying on it. You have already collected 6 body parts. Assemble them on the table to complete the mannequin.
Click on Lucy and it will bring you to a screen where you need to exchange the body parts so that the weight of John and Lucy reconcile to the Medical Report.
All you need to do is to exchange all body parts except the heart.
Head over to John’s table and the drawer below the scale is now open. Take the key and escape from the room.
