Personally, I felt that this room has the most numbers of stuffs and puzzles to solve in the whole game! It can look a bit overwhelming initially but it’s actually a combination of all the other puzzles that you have solved in other rooms.
You will need to seek out clues in the rooms that can help you to solve the various puzzles on the terminals.

Check out the nautical chart in front of you to get the Study Nautical Table.
I will recommend the ALL puzzle first as this one doesn’t need any other clues from the room. The terminal can be found in the screenshot below.
You will be asked to solve a puzzle to make sure that the rows and columns sum up to 10, 21, 21 respectively (ALL). Check the video below for the solution and get the Cross Emblem once completed.
Now look for the terminal that has a compass below the monitor. Using the chart above, move the compass as follow:
S – W – SE – NE – E – N – E
You will get the helm emblem once done.
Next check out some cabinets at the back of the room and you will receive the morse code chart.
The morse code terminal can be found next to the nautical terminal. The code that you need to send is ICE. You will receive the Code Emblem.
Now check the shutter at the far end of the room behind the terminals and you will see a coffin with the name tag ALL-ICE. Open it to get the coffin emblem and Neptune Key.
Go to the table where you can see four spots for the emblems that you have collected. You will need to put the emblems in order (Helm – Cross – Code – Coffin) and solve the puzzle accordingly. Screenshot below shows the respective order.
The draw below will open and you will get a key card 0 and a photo.
