- You will received a mementos request from Mishima on 9/4. After trying to defeat the Shadow without any success, you can find Shinya at the Arcade and ask him to teach you the down shot technique. However, he wants proof that you are related to the Phantom Thief.
- Go to Yogen-Jaya Backstreet and speak to Futaba outside LeBlanc. She will tell you to message her when you are ready to show evidence to Shinya.
- Choosing to send a message to Futaba means spending the day with Shinya and it will activate the Tower Social Link.
